    This is our flagship program for those looking to boost health and performance through improved eating patterns and fueling strategies. If you want to increase lean muscle mass, hit your body composition goals, and in turn, hit some serious PR’s this season, that all starts with diet. Are you part of a running/training team? Hit the Peloton a few days per week? Already have a solid lifting routine? Our nutrition coaching plan pairs perfectly with any of those goals.

    Coaching Style & Background

    As a Registered Dietitian, Diane Robison is passionate about providing nutrition support and services to individuals looking to enhance their personal health and well- being. Diane has experience working with people from all walks of life, including highly trained athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone that wants to take back control of their health. 

    Throughout her career, she has worked in the athletic world with professional and collegiate runners, Major League Soccer players, Minor League baseball players and worked along-side world-class Sports Dietitians in Track & Field and Swimming at the Olympic Training Center. Diane provides nutrition assessments and consultations to advise patients on how to improve body composition, increase energy levels, restore gut health and hormonal imbalances, and enhance immune function in response to food allergies and intolerances.

    Diane is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with an interest of helping individuals overcome over-, under-, emotional, and restrictive eating. In her free time, Diane still enjoys running, occasionally traveling and doing local 10ks and half marathons, hiking, playing guitar, cooking, and of course eating.

    What Coaching Includes:

    • Individualized nutrition plan including target macronutrients, calories, and a sample meal plan.

    • An introductory phone/Zoom call to assess your goals, make a gameplan, and answer questions.

    • Weekly check-ins with our user-friendly software that manually syncs popular apps like MyFitnessPal and FitBit. We will tweak your plan as needed based on results and feedback weekly.

    • Personalized supplement recommendations

    • Access to over 100 educational videos & articles. This includes fundamental content like how to log food, as well as advanced content like how to balance healthy eating while traveling.

    • Personalized game-day nutrition plans for those competing in events like marathons, CrossFit events, etc.
