Nutrition Coaching
This is our flagship program for those looking to boost health and performance through improved eating patterns and fueling strategies. If you want to increase lean muscle mass, hit your body composition goals, and in turn, hit some serious PR’s this season, that all starts with diet. Are you part of a running/training team? Hit the Peloton a few days per week? Already have a solid lifting routine? Our nutrition coaching plan pairs perfectly with any of those goals.

Coaching Style & Background
Over a decade of nutrition experience has led me to team up with MyoBrain in the world of private consulting.
I bring in-depth knowledge on metabolic disorders, weight management, nutrition education, and managing conditions of the human body. I have fully transitioned to private practice while homeschooling and raising my kids on the farm.
I have helped hundreds of every day moms and dads lose weight and find themselves empowered, happy, and confident.
Through nutrition counseling I can educate, support and provide personalized plans to help you build sustainable habits. I believe in a clean, simple approach to understanding food and the body. My nutrition approach encourages whole, unprocessed food to fuel the body, support muscle growth, and establish normal metabolic function.
My goal is to continue educating and supporting moms, dads, athletes, and those hungry to be their best selves.
What Coaching Includes:
Individualized nutrition plan including target macronutrients, calories, and a sample meal plan.
An introductory phone/Zoom call to assess your goals, make a gameplan, and answer questions.
Weekly check-ins with our user-friendly software that manually syncs popular apps like MyFitnessPal and FitBit. We will tweak your plan as needed based on results and feedback weekly.
Personalized supplement recommendations
Access to over 100 educational videos & articles. This includes fundamental content like how to log food, as well as advanced content like how to balance healthy eating while traveling.
Personalized game-day nutrition plans for those competing in events like marathons, CrossFit events, etc.
